What is M5
Five Magiks (M5) is a D20, skill-based Table Top Role Playing Game (TTRPG) system that utilizes distinctive mechanics to create unique magic systems and realistic combat reminiscent of beloved video games and stories. With a rules-driven approach, M5 helps players make mechanical decisions that create individualized characters tailored to the players preferences.

Distinct Magiks with Distinct Rules
Each magik system in M5 uses different rules which influence character design and choice to create characters who behave distinctly. This fundamental difference in design means that magic using players will behave in different and interesting ways.
Deep and Engaging Combat and Magik
With a variety magiks and combat tactics available, characters can engage with combat and roleplay in a variety of different ways on a personal level or as a party. With the basic premise that magic makes everything better, every character gets a splash of magic.
Versatile Character Build Options
M5 offers the options for players to play the way they want to play in combat and outside of it. The combat and magic systems offer easy to play and hard to master mechanics which offer a depth of gameplay and character options unseen in similar game systems.
Roleplaying Decisions Supported by Mechanics
In M5 the rules influence player choices. As players naturally seek to make fun, effective characters, the unique rules sets of the different magics and combat system will lead players to create different playstyles and character choices.
Monster of the Month
Fishmen
Fishmen are jerks, plain and simple. They attack in groups, rarely working together, each preferring to attack their own targets and try to claim their own spoils. They are greedy and hate Merpeople with all their hearts, often fighting them for no other reason than to try and kill them. This, almost always, causes their demise as the Merpeople work together and often employ tactics which cost the Fishmen their life.
Fishmen look like large piranhas with legs and arms, more or less. They will often eat their opponents once they have killed them and taken their possessions. They walk on land like normal humans and swim in the sea like a fish, though they can move 40 feet in both cases, making them somewhat slower than other aquatic creatures.
Mutant Fishmen come in several flavors and are often magical beasts. Mutants appear more frequently among Fishmen for whatever reason and are often held in high regard in their society.
